Community Support
Support to get out, connect, and build a life you enjoy.
Everyone should have the chance to be an active, valued part of their community. Our Community Support helps people build confidence, maintain relationships and work towards goals that matter to them — whether that’s attending college, finding work, meeting new people, or getting out and about more independently.

Who it's for
Adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health needs, or anyone whose confidence or circumstances make it harder to access opportunities independently. We assess each person individually to understand their strengths, interests and goals.
